Build and manage flows, campaigns and automations in KlaviyoWork closely with clients to understand objectives and deliver email strategies that drive revenueRun A/B split tests and optimise for performanceSegment databases effectively for targeting and personalisationCollaborate with design, UX, SEO and Ads teams to ensure consistent messagingMonitor analytics and prepare reports on campaign performanceStay up to date with email marketing trends, best practices and new features in KlaviyoMotivate, mentor and build out an internal Email Marketing/Klayvio team Essential experience:
Hands-on experience using Klaviyo in an agency or in-house environment, circa 3+ yrs dedicated channel experienceStrong understanding of email marketing flows and campaign managementKnowledge of Shopify and ecommerce platformsAbility to run and interpret A/B split testsAwareness of SEO, Ads and UX principles (with full support from in-house experts)Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insightExcellent communication and organisational skillsCreative mindset with attention to detailTPBN1_UKTJ
