Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Mortgage Adviser, based in Chorley, with opportunities for flexible work‑from‑home arrangements. The Mortgage Adviser will assist clients in navigating mortgage and protection options, providing expert guidance throughout the process. Responsibilities include assessing financial needs, tailoring mortgage solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building strong client relationships. Collaboration with in‑house support teams for administrative and compliance tasks is an essential part of this role.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Mortgages and Mortgage Marketing
* Strong Financial Planning and Finance background
* CeMap qualification (or equivalent) is required
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build client trust
* Proficient in using technology to improve operational efficiency
* Experience in a regulated financial environment is advantageous
