An exciting development opportunity has arisen within Renfrewshire HSCP. We are seeking applications for the post of Hospital at Home and HFRS Locality Manager, banded at NHSGGC AFC 8B.
Responsibilities
* Provide general management responsibility across a range of professions within the Rehabilitation and Enablement Service, including Home First Response Service and Hospital at Home Service.
* Line manage staff, overseeing recruitment, appraisal, continuing professional development, and performance.
* Responsible for delegated budget, clinical and corporate governance, staff accommodation and IM&T.
* Deliver strategic leadership and operational management for Hospital at Home, Residential Rehabilitation and Home First Response services.
* Accountable for performance, resources and activity within the service area.
* Contribute managerial input to the HSCP/Locality strategic structure and overall planning of Health and Social Work services.
* Lead or contribute to specific services within the HSCP and across NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
* Apply adaptive leadership, negotiation, continuous problem solving and decision‑making skills to deliver high‑quality, effective services and performance management.

* Significant leadership experience with adaptive leadership and negotiation skills.
* Proven continuous problem solving and decision‑making ability.
* Track record of delivering high quality, effective services and strong performance management.
