Role Overview:
This is a great time to join our team as a Sous Chef, as you will assist in spearheading a new culinary experience and help drive our approach in delivering a high-quality food offering. You will be results-driven with a passion and flair for food. You will assist the Head Chef and work closely with developing our supply chain partners.
As a Sous Chef, you will ensure the smooth running of the hotel kitchen team and assume full accountability in the absence of the Head Chef, acting in their capacity, and as directed by the General Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in developing a multi-skilled culinary team.
* Be highly visible during key service periods, focusing on culinary delivery details.
* Maintain team focus on ‘the Customer’s need’ with personalized service.
* Analyze and present monthly profit and loss commentaries with follow-up corrective actions as directed by the Head Chef.
* Assist with daily/weekly payroll and food cost analysis to ensure optimal performance, correcting overspend within the same trading period under the guidance of the Head Chef.
* Conduct time-in-motion studies across all kitchen functions to identify efficiencies without impacting the culinary brand, as directed by the Head Chef.
