This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced environment where you will oversee projects ranging from minor remedial works and internal refurbishments through to major seven-figure schemes.
With more than £100m of billable works delivered each year, this role is central to ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities As Billable Works Project Manager, you will manage the full project lifecycle, from initial scoping and design through procurement, delivery, and final handover.
