We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Office Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in an office environment. Duties
* Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and clerical duties.
* Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Maintain organised records and documents, ensuring easy retrieval of information when needed.
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks, including typing reports and creating presentations.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and assist in project coordination as required.
* Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the office.
Requirements
* Previous office or clerical experience is preferred but not essential, construction knowledge an advantage.
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a family run business and a fast based office environment.
