* Prepare accurate cost estimates across a wide range of construction projects
* Review and analyse drawings, specs, and contracts
* Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather pricing info
* Support tender submissions alongside senior leadership
* Strengthen long-term partnerships through professional, reliable communication
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
* Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
* A team-first, proactive attitude
