The Role:
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling generator packages and bespoke power solutions to customers across the Midlands and South of the UK. You will manage relationships with clients in various sectors, including defence, government, infrastructure, and data centres, while identifying new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow sales across commercial, industrial, and domestic markets
* Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients
* Promote tailored generator and power system solutions
* Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations
* Work closely with internal technical and engineering teams to deliver customer-specific solutions
Requirements:
* Proven track record in technical sales, ideally within generators or related fields (electrical, mechanical, battery storage)
* Strong understanding of selling project-based solutions
* HNC/HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred but not essential
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Willingness to travel across the Midlands and South UK
