Job Description:

Aurora Samuels Associates is recruiting for a Recruitment Manager / EA to join this ambitious agency based in Northampton.

We are looking for someone with a recruitment background who is comfortable with administrative and operational tasks, as this role is non-sales and non-recruitment in the traditional sense. It is a primarily office-based administrative position.


Role Responsibilities:

* Handle weekly payroll for temporary candidates
* Manage compliance and conduct weekly audits for temporary candidates
* Oversee job boards and negotiate the best deals
* Monitor job board performance and link them to the company's CRM
* Create and quality control external communications, including LinkedIn posts, job adverts, and social media content
* Assist the Managing Director with operational tasks
* Generate and manage sales and activity reports
* Support consultants with candidate sourcing and management
* Ensure contracts and Terms of Business are current and compliant
* Manage expenses and provide reports to the MD
* Assist with onboarding new staff
* Support MD with diary and travel arrangements
* Manage IT contracts and ensure cost-effective use of software and hardware
* Perform any ad-hoc duties as required


Person Background:

This role suits someone from a busy recruitment agency background seeking a step away from 360 billing but wishing to stay connected to the recruitment environment.

Candidates should have experience with job boards, CRMs, compliance, payroll, and candidate sourcing.


Further Details:

* Part-time hours - approximately 60% of full-time, flexible days and hours
* Salary: £35,000 to £50,000 pro-rata based on hours
* 25 days' holiday plus statutory holidays, increasing with service
