Location: Ampthill, Bedfordshire, Hybrid office working

Working pattern: 20–25 hours per week, Part-Time

This is a part-time role (20–25 hours/week) that blends marketing, content creation, and day-to-day business support.


What you’ll be doing:

* Creating engaging content for LinkedIn, blogs, and newsletters.
* Using Canva to design graphics and branded materials.
* Supporting marketing campaigns and tracking performance.
* Managing and updating CRM systems.
* Assisting with admin, operations, and project management.
* Helping the team deliver great experiences to clients and candidates.


What we’re looking for:

1. Experience in marketing, operations, or business support.
2. To hold a relevant marketing degree or similar.
