Responsibilities
* As a Sales Advisor, create an outstanding customer experience and grow sales, assisting with the daily operational running of the store.
* Greet customers and provide great service by listening to their needs.
* Provide advice on perfume choices as our perfume experts, with training provided.
* Help the team achieve and exceed store and team targets, with incentives and recognition for success.
* Offer every customer a free reward card to maximise future offers and potential savings.

* Commission at Christmas based on store sales and hours worked.
