The Estimator is responsible for analysing project requirements, reviewing drawings and specifications, and preparing accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and services. This role works closely with project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure competitive and profitable bids, cost-effective, timely, and aligned with technical requirements. The Estimator also evaluates risks, develops proposals, and supports decision-making. Sourcing subcontractor/vendor quotes. The ideal candidate would have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ideally, experience within Metalwork or associated construction trade minimum 3+ years. Responsibilities.
