About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to join my clients growing fintech engineering team. You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining our Salesforce platform to support high-performance financial products, compliant workflows, and exceptional customer experiences. Youll work closely with product, operations, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy custom solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs .
Configure Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, process automation, and integrations.
Maintain and improve existing codebase, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
Work with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Support CI/CD processes, code review, testing, and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced fintech environment to deliver features and enhancements on schedule.
Ensure all development meets financial-services compliance, security, and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
35 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong proficiency with:
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Apex Classes, Triggers, Test Classes
REST/SOAP APIs
SOQL & SOSL
Experience with Salesforce platform features including Flows, Service Cloud or Sales Cloud, and custom objects.
Understanding of development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git) and unit testing.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
Desirable Skills
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I / II, Administrator, or other relevant).
Experience in the fintech or financial services sector.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Copado, Bitbucket Pipelines).
Familiarity with security and compliance standards relevant to financial data.
Experience with data migration tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, or ETL tools).
