Salary: £12.60 per hour + Benefits
Contract: Full-time positions available. Shifts - Day (8am-8pm / 10am-10pm) & Night (8pm-8am)
Service: The Courtyard (Residential Small Group Living)

We're looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team and help our residents live life to the fullest in a way that reflects their own choices, interests, and aspirations.
What You'll Do:
* Support residents with their daily routines and healthcare needs
* Promote independence, inclusion, and person-centred care
* Build meaningful relationships and help residents achieve their goals
* Work collaboratively with a committed and friendly team
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
1. Experience in residential care or personal caring experience
2. Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
3. Basic IT skills
4. A team player with great people skills and a problem-solving mindset
5. A positive, enthusiastic attitude toward learning and development
