Benefits: 28 days annual leave (including BH) Private medical insurance Free parking – office-based role Discretionary annual bonus Opportunities for professional development and growth Salary from £26,000 1:30pm finish on a Friday twice per month Rotating shifts; 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM one week, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM the next week, Monday to Thursday, finishing at 1:30 PM on Fridays every 2 weeks Day-to-day of the role: Serve as the first point of contact for internal teams, clients, and suppliers Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and chat Coordinate project timelines with internal teams and external clients Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries Utilise SAP to manage customer interactions and record communications Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and ensure a seamless client experience Embrace training opportunities to improve knowledge and skills Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in customer service Proficiency in SAP or similar ERM software Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Strong commitment to delivering quality and positive outcomes Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Join us in delivering outstanding service that makes a real impact.
