Location: North Hykeham, Lincoln
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (No on-call)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: From £26,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission + Excellent Benefits

About the Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering staffing solutions to a wide range of clients, while helping candidates secure rewarding employment. This is a full 360° recruitment position, encompassing both business development and candidate management. We will teach you the skills required to give you the best start on your journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
2. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from vacancy to successful placement
3. Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments and compliance
4. Identify and convert new business opportunities
5. Coordinate work schedules and ensure client requirements are met
6. Maintain accurate records and support administrative processes

Essential Skills & Attributes:
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

11. Previous recruitment or sales experience is desirable, though not essential
