About the Opportunity
We're seeking an exceptional Talent Director to lead the strategic design and delivery of our Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Culture, Engagement, Inclusion, Wellbeing, and Recognition agenda across our UK & Ireland operations.
This is a senior leadership role where you'll shape the future of our workforce across facilities management, building services, and integrated solutions sectors. You'll be accountable for creating an integrated centre of excellence that unites Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Culture functions to deliver sustainable business growth and expansion into new markets.
As Talent Director, you'll lead through managers to build capability, strengthen our employer brand, and embed an inclusive, high-performing culture across our multi-site operations
What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership
* Provide strategic direction across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Culture, Engagement, Inclusion, Wellbeing, and Recognition
* Build and maintain an integrated Talent & Culture function with scalable structures and operating models
* Develop and deliver the Talent Strategy to secure strong internal pipelines, future-ready skills, and leadership capability
Culture & Engagement
* Embed a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and recognition that drives belonging and pride
* Shape and strengthen our employer brand and employee value proposition (EVP) to attract and retain diverse talent
* Execute people and culture initiatives that enable business performance and support expansion into new sectors
Innovation & Insight
* Leverage digital solutions and people analytics to modernise talent practices and drive insight-led decision-making
* Translate strategy into measurable outcomes through data-driven HR and talent practices
* Contribute to enterprise-wide people strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sustainability goals
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
* Proven track record in senior HR/Talent leadership roles within large, multi-site organisations
* Ideally from facilities management, outsourcing, building services, or related sectors
* Significant experience leading Talent Acquisition, L&D, Engagement, Inclusion, and Culture Change functions
* Evidence and knowledge of how to effectively run MSP's, RPO's and in-house teams
* Evidence of delivering strategic talent programmes that enable business growth and cultural transformation
Skills & Capabilities
* Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable, data-driven outcomes
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with Executive-level credibility
* Commercially astute with experience scaling talent functions in complex, fast-paced environments
* Knowledge of future-focused HR capabilities including digital HR, people analytics, ESG integration, and inclusion strategies
Qualifications
* CIPD qualified (Chartered preferred)
* Degree-level education or equivalent experience
* Further professional development in leadership, HR, or business management (desirable)
