Powerforce is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead one of our key strategic customer accounts. You will be responsible for developing strategic plans, driving business growth, and ensuring the success of our field management teams.
Your role will involve building strong customer relationships, managing P&L performance, and driving the adoption of innovative solutions to enhance customer competitiveness. You will inspire and lead a team, ensuring excellence in execution and long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for the customer, aligning with company goals
2. Lead and inspire direct reports and the wider team, fostering a positive work environment
3. Oversee P&L, budgeting, and financial forecasting, ensuring accurate reporting
4. Manage field team operations to ensure efficient and effective business processes
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
6. Drive the adoption of new technologies and solutions to enhance customer competitiveness
7. Empower team managers to motivate, train, and develop their teams for success
What We’re Looking For:
8. Proven experience managing high-level accounts and driving growth
9. Deep understanding of wholesale and B2B sales strategies
10. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
11. Strong understanding of P&L management and financial forecasting
12. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
13. Proficiency inERP systems
14. Awareness of market and industry trends to drive competitive advantage
