ROLE:
As a Junior Project Finance Lawyer, you will:
* Advise on major infrastructure and energy project financings.
* Support on transactions across renewables, oil and gas, social housing and utilities.
* Work with lenders, sponsors, investors and developers.
* Be involved in cross-border matters and international deals.
* Draft and negotiate a broad range of finance documentation.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s extensive UK and international network.
REQUIREMENTS:
We’re looking for someone who:
* Is 0-2 years qualified in Scotland or England & Wales.
* Has a strong interest in finance and infrastructure work.
* Possesses excellent drafting and analytical skills.
* Works confidently with clients and thrives in a team environment.
* Is commercially aware and keen to grow in a fast-paced, specialist team.
