Position Overview
We’re looking for a qualified and safety‑focused Plumber/Gas Engineer to join our dedicated maintenance team at The Warren, Haulfryn’s flagship luxury holiday resort in stunning Abersoch. You’ll bring pride in delivering high‑quality work and excellent service across our lodges and park facilities.
Responsibilities
* Carry out installation, servicing, and maintenance of plumbing and gas systems across lodges, park facilities, and communal areas.
* Perform Gas Safe certified works, including testing, inspection, and certification in line with current legislation.
* Diagnose and repair faults efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to guests and owners.
* Maintain accurate records of all works, inspections, and materials used.
* Collaborate with other trades and departments to ensure smooth park operations.
* Support development projects, including new lodge sitings and utility connections.
* Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times and promote safe working practices.
* Participate in the park’s on‑call rota, responding to emergencies when required.
This is a hands‑on role where every day brings variety, from maintaining gas and plumbing systems in our premium lodges to supporting park‑wide infrastructure projects. You’ll be part of a skilled in‑house team committed to upholding the high standards and owner experience that make The Warren truly exceptional.
Qualifications
* Gas Safe registration (essential)
* ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 or equivalent)
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent qualification)
* Experience in both plumbing and gas installation, maintenance, and repair
* Confidence diagnosing and resolving technical issues safely and efficiently
* Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
* Full UK driving licence and DBS clearance (required)
