The Opportunity
We are supporting a successful, well‑established independent lettings and sales agency in Cheltenham who are seeking a proactive Lettings Coordinator to help keep their busy lettings department running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
Acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants during applications and negotiations
Coordinating property marketing, arranging viewings, and gathering feedback
Maintaining accurate records within the lettings system and updating online property listings
Managing tenancy administration from initial enquiry right through to move‑in
Supporting with property boards, utility notifications, and ensuring compliance documentation is correct
Processing tenant applications, organising referencing, and completing Right to Rent checks
Delivering excellent customer service to landlords, tenants, and contractors
About You
You will be:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident using property management software (training provided)
Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced office setting
Professional, articulate, and strong in both written and verbal communication
A collaborative team player who supports colleagues
Experienced in lettings or property administration (preferred but not essential)
