We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Assistant on a part time basis covering 2 - 3 days a week based close to Nottingham City Centre. This role is a key position within the business where you will be responsible for looking after the end to end process.
Responsibilities:
Processing weekly and monthly paid staff
Inputting timesheets
Manual calculations
Looking after pension contributions, along with any deductions
Generating new starter information
Producing payslips, P45's etc
Dealing with any queries
General HR administration duties
Ideal Candidate:
Must have previous payroll experience
Able to communicate at all levels
IT Literate ideally with a good working knowledge of Sage
Team player
Able to work to deadlines
