The opportunity:
We are looking for a proactive Licensing Administrator to join our Licensing team on a fixed term maternity cover. The role will report to the Licensing Manager.
Please note: This role is based in Shoreham-by-Sea, and the successful candidate will be expected to travel and work onsite 3-4 days per week.
What are key duties of the role?
* Support the licensing coordinators with product and packaging approvals
* Manage licensor sample orders including shipping and documentation
* Upload approval details to licensing platforms
* Maintain line sheets and organise sample tracking with the sample team
* Build and maintain strong internal and external working relationships
What we need you to bring to the team:
* Strong admin skills with great attention to detail
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
* Experience using licensing/customer portals (desirable)
* Ability to manage tasks independently and work cross-functionally
