About the Role: As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will cover lessons for absent teachers, ensuring pupils continue learning in a calm and structured environment. You’ll teach according to the plans provided, maintain classroom routines, and support children’s engagement and well-being throughout the school day. Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils stay on task. Create a positive, inclusive learning environment. Build good relationships with pupils and staff. Report on progress or concerns to relevant school staff. Be adaptable to different classrooms and school settings. Job Requirements: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching in UK primary schools. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Able to follow school policies and routines confidently. Positive, flexible, and professional attitude. Have an updated CV ( covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps ) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
