Job Summary
The Rudding Park team's purpose is to create timeless memories and provide instinctive care in exceptional spaces. The role involves delivering the highest standard of guest service at Rudding Park Hotel, Spa, and Golf.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Food and Beverage service in the Golf Clubhouse/Golf Academy, including opening, closing, and cashing up
* Provide courteous and efficient service to members and guests
* Take tee-time and lesson bookings
* Maintain the guest environment to Rudding Park standards
* Assist with retail offerings and support the shop team as required
* Complete daily tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
* Communicate with all Golf areas, including Sales
* Read, understand, and act upon handover books, notice boards, and memos
* Proactively upsell hire and last-minute stock items to increase shop sales
GENERAL
* Take responsibility for Health and Safety, reporting concerns appropriately
* Engage in continuous professional development through training and development opportunities
* Promote continuous improvement in quality and customer care, offering suggestions
* Respect colleagues and the working environment
* Maintain high standards of dress and presentation
* Perform other duties relevant to the role as qualified
