We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Projects Manager to support the successful delivery of small-medium scale construction projects across multiple sites. You will play a central role in ensuring that each project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with senior management, commercial, and design teams to plan and mobilise new projects effectively. Interpret and agree project requirements, specifications, and Health & Safety documentation. Provide direct coordination and ongoing support to Site Managers across various KCC Group project locations. Uphold and promote KCCs commitment to health, safety, and environmental excellence. Assist with daily site operations, including oversight of subcontractors and resources. Lead regular subcontractor meetings, progress reviews, and short-term planning sessions. Foster strong client relationships to ensure successful delivery and repeat business. Monitor and report on project performance using KPIs, timelines, and milestone tracking. Identify risks and opportunities proactively, supporting project resilience and value optimisation. Resolve technical and logistical issues, escalating where necessary to senior leadership. Ensure snag-free and defect-free project handovers in collaboration with delivery teams. Champion continuous improvement and contribute to knowledge-sharing across project teams. Perform other duties as required in support of KCC Groups operational excellence. Skills & Experience A meticulous eye for detail and a strong commitment to high standards. Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated leadership and ability to coordinate teams across multiple sites. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Microsoft Project is advantageous.
