Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality administrative and clerical support to departments within the Trust Manage correspondence, data entry, and record keeping with accuracy and confidentiality Handle telephone and face-to-face enquiries in a professional and helpful manner Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for teams Support day-to-day operations to ensure services run smoothly What Were Looking For Strong organisational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines Team player with a flexible, proactive approach Previous administrative experience (preferably within health or public sector, though not essential)
