The Role
* Support partners and senior lawyers on a wide range of banking and finance transactions.
* Draft, review and negotiate banking documentation.
* Manage client deadlines and contribute to efficient transaction delivery.
* Work closely with colleagues in corporate, real estate and other practice groups on cross-practice matters.
* Develop your sector knowledge and play a role in the team's business development initiatives.
The Person
* NQ-3 years' PQE in banking and finance (real estate finance experience highly regarded).
* Strong academic background and technical ability.
* Excellent drafting, organisational and client-handling skills.
* Commercial acumen and a collaborative approach.
* An interest in developing their career in a top-tier banking and finance practice.
