Technical Account Coordinator (CAD ) Up to £35,000 plus bonus, private healthcare, life assurance & share options Ammanford ??????? Are you familiar with design layouts and producing basic CAD drawings? We are currently recruiting for a Technical Account Coordinator with basic CAD experience to join an industry leading provider of smart construction solutions in Ammanford.
As a Technical Account Coordinator you will:
- Support customers, contractors, and installers by providing technical product advice, preparing quotations, and assisting with system design for company products.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries, providing accurate technical advice on company products and installations.
- Review and interpret architectural, electrical, or M&E drawings to propose appropriate system layouts and material requirements
- Produce basic CAD schematics for layout proposals
- Prepare and issue detailed quotations aligned with project drawings, specifications, and pricing structures
- Liaise with engineers, contractors, and the external sales team to support ongoing projects and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records, systems, and CRM data to ensure enquiries and quotations are tracked effectively
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with contractors, installers, and distributors, offering product and technical guidance where required This role will suit you if you are??????? customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
You will also need familiarity with CAD software for basic layout and schematic preparation along with the ???????ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
