About the role:
As a member of the Direct Sales Team in viva.com, you will be responsible for converting both in-bound and self-sourced sales leads into viva.com merchants for card terminals and related merchant acquiring services. You will be providing a first-class sales service, aligned to customer needs and acting as a trusted partner.
More specifically, as a Direct Sales Executive, you will:
* Manage and organize diaries effectively
* Handle objections with resilience and persistence
* Adopt a results-driven approach with strong self-drive
* Work under pressure to achieve sales targets
To be considered you should have:
* Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or face to face sales, ideally within fintech or payment solutions.
* Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills and self-motivation.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* A positive, resilient attitude and the ability to handle rejection.
