Field Sales Executive
Basic £26,227.50 OTE circa £50,000 (Base + Commission). Company Car & Fuel Card Provided. Full‑time Monday‑Friday, 12pm‑8pm | Saturdays optional (37.5 hrs/week).

The Role
You'll be working out in the field, meeting people face‑to‑face and helping them understand the benefits of a new service that's just launched in their area. It's about building relationships, having quality conversations, and offering a product that can really improve their day‑to‑day life.
You'll also:
- Knock on doors and speak to potential customers in areas already set up for the service
- Build your own pipeline and hit monthly sales targets
- Answer questions and explain how the service works (full training provided)
- Keep track of your activity using simple online tools like HubSpot
- Attend local events and community days to raise awareness
- Share local insights and feedback with the wider team
What we're looking for:
- Experience in face‑to‑face sales – ideally door‑to‑door, canvassing or event‑based
- Someone who’s confident, enthusiastic, and enjoys working with people
- A strong communicator who can explain things clearly and handle objections
- A full UK driving licence – essential as the role involves regional travel
- A self‑motivated individual comfortable working independently
