Responsibilities
* As a nurse at HC-One, you will build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision making and collaborative skills.
* You will make a difference to Residents at times when they may feel vulnerable and support them in life-changing decisions.
* You will advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care for residents and their families; ensure safeguarding is applied and escalate concerns as needed.
* Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, and provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
* Communicate effectively, model professional behaviours, and participate in safeguarding training appropriate to your role.
