Property Delivery Coordinator
Base office location may vary depending on the suitable candidate - balance of home and office working.
£27,521 per year (pro rata)
35 hours per week
Temporary position for up to 7 months
We have an opportunity for a Property Delivery Coordinator to join our team based in the North/North West. This role will support the Regional Head of Service and Deputy Head of Service in their daily leadership and management of the Property Services teams across the Northern Region, collaborating with colleagues in other regions. The role also involves providing administrative support to the wider regional team. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, self-motivated, and able to quickly establish themselves within the team.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-day management of diaries and travel arrangements for the Regional Head of Service.
2. Providing administrative support for meetings, email enquiries, and communication channels.
3. Managing enquiries on behalf of the Senior Management team/Director as the first point of contact for calls and mail.
4. Supporting the team by ensuring accurate and timely collection, collation, and presentation of information.
5. Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, residents, and contractors.
Skills and Experiences:
1. Proven experience supporting senior management administratively.
2. Recent experience in a similar role.
3. Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize workloads.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
5. Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills.
