What youll be doing:
* Operating gluing machinery (multi-point gluer)
* Checking product quality and ensuring standards are met
* Cleaning and maintaining equipment
* Keeping production running smoothly and reducing downtime
* Completing basic quality and production records
What were looking for:
* Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Reliable and able to work as part of a team
* Good attention to detail
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
* Basic machine maintenance experience is a bonus
