OLG Recruitment is currently hiring for a Maintenance Administrator & Data Analyst to support a major client in Immingham. This is a long-term contract opportunity.

Basic Function: The Data Analyst and Administration Support role is crucial to the Maintenance team, aimed at improving operational efficiency. The role involves providing cross-functional support, participating in analytical processes, and handling administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

Critical Skills:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with colleagues.
* Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
* Knowledge of data modeling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques, using data analysis tools such as Power BI.
* Proficiency in all Microsoft 365 applications.
* Preferred Knowledge: Experience with SAP is advantageous.
* Ability to create clear graphical data visualizations (e.g., Power BI).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to learn new skills.
* Flexible, adaptable to change, and proactive in problem-solving.
* Confident and professional when dealing with suppliers, vendors, peers, and managers.

General Duties: Provide support across functions, participate in analytical processes, and contribute to a proactive, forward-thinking attitude. Create and manage Power BI metrics to improve Routine Maintenance effectiveness.

Data Analyst Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify challenges and opportunities for digitization and efficiency.
* Perform data gathering, cleansing, validation, and analysis to identify trends and support decision-making.
* Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards in Power BI, integrating data from SAP and other sources.
* Manage regular reports, ad-hoc data requests, and stay updated on industry best practices in data analysis and AI.

Administration Roles & Responsibilities:

* Work with the support team to provide cross-functional assistance.
* Handle procurement tasks in SAP, including material requisitions and management.
* Assist with managing technical documentation as needed.
* Perform SAP administration tasks such as PPM updates, backlog management, and housekeeping.
