Working closely with internal and external stakeholders-including the Academy Leadership Team and Trust personnel-you will help maintain an efficient, friendly and solution-focused environment.What We Are Looking For

Key Responsibilities
* Acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries-face-to-face, telephone, and email
* Providing a welcoming and professional reception service
* Supporting administrative tasks within the school office
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient office systems
* Liaising confidently with staff, students, parents, Academy Leadership Team, and Trust colleagues
* Supporting wider school operations as required
