Location: Winchester We have an opportunity for an experience Monitoring Surveyor to join our team. This role requires someone with experience of working in a PQS Consultancy who is a MRICS Surveyor to work alongside the project and cost management, design, architecture, town planning and construction teams to focus on the Technical Due Diligence aspects of our projects. What We Offer 25 days holiday Private Healthcare Life Assurance Standard 6% Ridge Contribution to the company pension scheme Salary Sacrifice - Cycle to Work Scheme Buying and Selling Annual Leave Gym Membership Scheme Company car leasing scheme Carry out due diligence and development monitoring / fund monitoring services to a range of our clients including banks, development funders and institutional investors Undertake and deliver Technical Due Diligence reports for funder and investor clients Review individual elements of a project at the Due Diligence Technical initial report stage and experienced in reviewing risk during the monitoring phase of the project Co-ordinate Due Diligence Technical reports prepared by others and collate overall risk assessments for each individual element, taking into account the impact of separate elements on the overall project. Experience in a PQS/Consultancy background Have chartered status to MRICS The ability to prepare reports with excellent client presentation skills and IT capabilities Possess a solid commercial and contractual knowledge and experience associated with construction and development procurement (i.e. planning, building control, statutory bodies, procurement and contract types). Excellent risk management and analytical skills Excellent communication skills and be able to articulate complicated issues between our clients and our highly skilled project teams Demonstrate ambition and a willingness to learn whilst demonstrating a high-level diligence and organisational skills
