Key Responsibilities
:
1. Handling a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases
2. Acting for developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and lenders
3. Drafting and negotiating a wide range of property documentation
4. Managing transactions from instruction to completion with minimal supervision
5. Contributing to business development and supporting the continued growth of the team
What You’ll Need:
6. Minimum 2 years’ PQE with a solid grounding in commercial property matters
7. Strong drafting and negotiation skills
