* I have strong backend Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and multithreaded software engineering experience.
* I possess commercial Rust development experience.
* I have a background in working on high throughput, low latency trading systems.
* I achieved a 2.1 or above in Computer Science from a top-tier university.
* I am collaborative and pragmatic, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including some leadership or mentoring experience.
Responsibilities:
* As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, I will design and develop backend services for real-time risk, pricing, trading engines, and market-making systems. I will work across the full software development lifecycle using Rust. Additionally, I will collaborate with a small, talented team, engaging in collaborative problem-solving and tackling complex, challenging systems.
