Company: Belview Location: Central Manchester (Hybrid – flexible remote working with occasional office meetings) Hours: 20 hours/week (flexible, results-driven) Compensation: £14/hour base uncapped 10% commission on first-year client earnings (management, lettings, sales) About Belview Belview is a fast-growing boutique real estate agency based in Manchester, specialising in high-value residential and commercial properties. We provide bespoke property management, sales, and lettings services. Founded by property owners, we understand the challenges landlords and investors face. We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help grow our client base and elevate our brand in the Manchester property market. This role is perfect for someone who is entrepreneurial, ambitious, and motivated by results. You’ll gain hands-on experience building a business and shaping its growth strategy. What You’ll Do Generate leads and engage high-value landlords, investors, and property owners through LinkedIn, email, and networking events. Build relationships with referral partners such as accountants, solicitors, and architects. Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients for the Director. Provide input on outreach strategies and business development initiatives. Your efforts directly impact your earnings, and motivated individuals often exceed the 20-hour week due to commission potential and growth opportunities. What We Offer Flexible Hours: Work 20 hours/week with autonomy to structure your schedule. Competitive Compensation: £14/hour base uncapped 10% commission on all first-year earnings from clients you bring in. Training and Mentorship: Learn business development skills in a results-driven, supportive environment. Who We’re Looking For Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Interest in property is a bonus but not essential. Experience in business development or sales is preferred but not essential — we will train the right candidate.
