Job Description

Performance Marketing Executive
Location: Basingstoke Support Office (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time

Grandir UK is seeking a data-driven and commercially focused Performance Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of paid media campaigns and play a key role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion across the digital funnel. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and wider marketing teams, you will deliver insight-led campaigns that support business growth and performance objectives.


Key Responsibilities


Paid Media and Campaign Management

* Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital platforms
* Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting and creative testing
* Monitor and improve campaign performance to maximise return on investment


Remarketing and Audience Strategy

* Develop and deliver full-funnel remarketing campaigns
* Build and refine audience segments based on behaviour and lifecycle stage
* Test new channels and approaches to increase reach and engagement


CRM and Marketing Automation

* Build and optimise automated customer journeys and lead nurturing campaigns
* Manage workflows, triggers and segmentation within CRM platforms
* Ensure data accuracy and compliance across all activity
* Optimise landing pages, adverts and user journeys to improve conversion rates
* Plan and execute A/B testing and performance experiments
* Use insights to continuously refine campaign performance


Reporting and Insights

* Monitor campaign performance and provide clear, actionable insights
* Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
* Support multi-channel attribution and performance tracking


Skills and Experience

* Experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads essential)
* Strong understanding of performance marketing and full-funnel strategy
* Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and inform decisions
* Experience with A/B testing, CRO and landing page optimisation
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
