Position: Maintenance Electrical Fitter

Location: Deeside
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum
The successful Maintenance Electrical Fitter required to complete planned maintenance, repair and breakdown duties on a variety of industrial machinery across mechanical and electrical disciplines as well as playing an active role in projects and upgrades to the factory.
The role will involve:
1. To maintain and repair all production machines in line with production priority
2. Work effectively in performing maintenance tasks to ensure the minimum downtime of production machinery
3. To record all maintenance activity as prescribed by the Ancon management system
4. Install new equipment as and when appropriate.
5. To perform other tasks to maintain the fabric of the building, fixtures and fittings, support equipment and install such things as barriers and racking as required.
6. Identify and source spares and necessary equipment to perform the above tasks
7. Abide by site H&S policies and procedures, with special consideration for safe systems of work and practices.
8. Implement all safe working procedures, practices, rules, regulations and instructions given by management.

9. ONC / HNC / NVQ level 3 Electrical Qualifications
10. 18th Edition
11. Experience of 3 phase equipment
12. Experience of inverter drives
13. Experience in World Class Manufacturing standards
14. Experience of an industrial manufacturing environment
