Role Overview
To support the operations manager and to comply with company policy, process and procedures and seek to improve where possible.
Responsibilities
Assist Contracts Manager in sending of job sheets to operatives on a weekly basis
Compiling Data Packs for supervisors
Receiving Data Packs back from Supervisors
Saving and adding of POs
Chase client for any outstanding POs
Creating O&M Manuals to be submitted to client upon completion of works
Filing of all Projects paperwork received from Supervisors
Assist in general admin duties.
Skills & experience
Previous administration experience gained within a fast-paced environment
Understanding of basic principles of Office Practice
Excellent communication skills, written and oral, both in person and via the telephone
A good understanding and proven demonstrable experience of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint.
