As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading our key account and large-scale projects. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

* Client Service: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, identify opportunities for account expansion, and ensure client satisfaction.

* Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, staying within budget, and aligning with strategy.

* Financial Control: Monitor project profitability and make informed decisions about budget allocation.

* Quality Control: Ensure adherence to internal processes and standards.

* Leadership: Mentor direct reports through Performance Development Plans, annual appraisals, and training.

* Growth: Collaborate with the senior team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in medical communications or related roles.

* Minimum 2 years of Account Management experience or similar.

* Experience in at least 2 therapy areas and markets.

* Strong communication and project management skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Veeva PromoMats.

* Understanding of industry regulations.

* Direct line management experience and staff development.
