Due to continued success and future business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Group Junior IT Analyst to join our team based at our Group head office in Barlborough, Chesterfield.
The Role

Joining our fast-paced Business Systems team as our Group IT Analyst, you will provide first-line support for all IT issues raised by end users, resolving or escalating as needed. You will support the Group IT Management in delivering a robust IT support service. This role requires supporting our business 1 week in 4 on call.
Key Duties and Requirements
* Ensuring all IT Helpdesk and support issues are dealt with promptly on a priority basis.
* Maintaining the Helpdesk system and updating users on issue progress in line with KPIs/SLAs.
* Communicating effectively with internal and external customers, including regional visits.
* Assisting with ERP system administration and support.
* Carrying out Active Directory tasks.
* Setting up new users and installing hardware/software as required.
* Supporting office moves requiring IT and systems support.
* Complying with all relevant Group IT Policies and processes.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, with a keen desire to work in a quality-driven business. A full driving license is required due to travel to regional offices.
Skills and experience required include:
* Good knowledge of desktop operating systems, especially Windows 10/11.
* Experience dealing with end users at all levels.
* Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 issues.
* Experience with remote access tools like Remote Desktop Support or Splashtop.
* Experience supporting users and familiarity with HelpDesk systems.
