About the Role
As a PCN Paramedic, you will:
Work across several GP surgeries, providing clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients.
Conduct home visits and same-day appointments for patients requiring urgent or routine care.
Support GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team in managing acute and chronic conditions.
Play a key role in improving patient access, reducing hospital admissions, and supporting continuity of care.
Develop specialist interests within areas such as chronic disease management, women's health, or frailty.Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:30pm (occasional meetings may fall outside these hours).
About You
We're looking for Paramedics who are:
HCPC-registered, with a BSc in Paramedic Practice/Science (or working towards completion).
Confident in autonomous decision-making and holistic patient assessment.
Excellent communicators who thrive within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care in the community.
Hold a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (with business insurance).Desirable:
