Insurance Adviser
* Annual Salary: £35,000 basic + uncapped commission
* Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Conduct client needs assessments through detailed calls.
* Recommend suitable insurance products from top UK providers.
* Overcome objections and close sales effectively.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven telesales experience, ideally in insurance or financial services.
* Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
* Target-driven with a passion for sales success.
* Quick learner with the ability to apply product knowledge effectively.
