Your Role
Carrying out damp remedial works, full house re-plastering, and diagnosing plaster patching in small areas. Identify and rectify plaster defects and ensure that all necessary pre- and post-work preparation is carried out. Liaise with customers when arranging and carrying out work, adhering to their needs and working from written and verbal instructions, including drawings, diagrams, sketches, and calculations using measuring equipment.
What We Need From You
* Time served or completed a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3).
* Experience in applying damp remedial works.
* Experience of working on maintenance of domestic properties, pre-paint repairs and refurbishments.
* Ability to preview and order materials; experience laying concrete paths and floors.
* A current driving licence is essential.
* Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness, and have their own tools.
