What you’ll be doing

As a Commercial Estate Coordinator, you’ll be the first line response for internal enquiries, supporting where you can and working with your team for those larger jobs. This could find you standing in for colleagues when they are on leave or supporting your leader when the workload is busy.

You’ll be responsible for our Hampshire sites, which are in Andover, so you’ll ideally be located nearby. As part of the role you will be required to travel to other sites to support as and when resource requires.

You’ll manage our soft / hard service contracts where applicable, such as cleaning, stationery, catering and many more, ensuring best practice throughout. You will support our customers, colleagues, and contractors to get the best out of their day.

You’ll be a very organised person, capable of juggling a variety of tasks both people and admin related. You will be a great people person, have strong administration skills and be flexible enough to respond to the differing priorities throughout the day – as no day is the same.

About you

You’ll be good at thinking on your feet, always keeping the rest of your team up to date on business issues and your customers in mind. You’ll consider yourself a ‘doer’, happy to roll your sleeves up and get the job done. You’ll be flexible in your outlook and will see the opportunity in change.

You’ll find your IT and particularly Excel skills helpful when supporting the team to analyse data about how the business uses its workspaces to inform evolution. It would be helpful to this role if you have a good understanding of facilities compliance data and how this supports building management.

You’ll have a background in either Estate or Facilities Management as understanding the services provided by these roles will be key to your success.

The role will require you to travel so a clean driving licence and access to a vehicle for work is a must. Business mileage will be paid at 45p per mile.
