Position Summary: An exciting opportunity has become available for a Security Account Manager within the Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be targeted on new account acquisition and growth as well as managing an existing customer account base. Principal Duties: * Identifying new opportunities to grow Cybersecurity business within existing Tier 2 customer account base * Pro-actively follow up leads generated * Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business * Work closely with the marketing team to achieve agreed objectives * Liaise effectively with all departments within company to ensure that customer requirements are met * Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas * Providing Quotations to clients Knowledge & Skill Requirements: * At least 2-3 years working within a sales environment preferably within a proactive role within a similar industry * Excellent telephone skills * High degree of accuracy * Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload * Must be able to deal with technical product information * Ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written * Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation ...
